I am an ordained Elder in the North Carolina Conference. For 25 years I served
churches from the coast to the Triangle.
My wife, Kristy, and I are both from the mountains and nine years ago we bought a house in Valle Crucis so we could easily visit our grandchild and eventually have a place to retire.
As they say, “the mountains are calling,” and we moved here full-time. In August 2025 I was appointed as Altamont's Pastor.
We have five daughters (living in Texas, Florida, Illinois and North Carolina) and two grandchildren in the area.
